We currently operate 35 schools in 5 states and anticipate operating over 200 schools in 25 states by 2025! We are seeking a Regional Director who understands the value of Early Childhood Education and will embrace the idea that our Administrative teams and all of our teachers are Early Childhood Professional Educators.

We believe in this so much that each of our schools is supported by a Director, Assistant Director, as well as a Full Time Education Coordinator. We also provide Home Office support in all areas including, recruiting and hiring, billing, family resources and enrollment, curriculum, school maintenance as well as an entire department dedicated strictly to Employee Engagement and staff retention efforts. All of our Regional Directors are also supported by our VPs of Operations, as well as many other members of our operations team.

• Previous Regional Director Experience required. - preferably for at least 5 large schools.
• Early Childhood Education Required 
• Director Credential preferred
